Flex letter track (also called Texas track) is the clear plastic channel that holds your .030 flexible sign letters on the face of the sign. This set includes 10 pieces of track, each strip measuring 90 inches (7 ft 6 in) long. Ten pieces of track will make four rows of letters on a two-sided 8 ft sign.
Use this track to build a new portable marquee sign, sidewalk sign, or changeable reader board, or to replace worn or damaged track on existing signs that already use thin flexible letters. Flex letters bend from end to end and slide into this track by hand at ground level.
This flex track is designed for .020–.030 flexible plastic letters only. It is compatible with our flexible letter sets (such as 8" on 9", 6" on 7", and 4" on 5" flexible panels) and other similar Flex-Change style letters that bend to insert between the tracks.
Use this track with flexible changeable letters (sold separately). Click here to view flexible sign letters.
Flex track is made from clear polycarbonate, which is very durable and will withstand harsh outdoor conditions. It can be bent, rolled, drilled, and cut to length without chipping or cracking. To install, drill mounting holes along the center line of the strip and fasten the track to your sign panel using screws or nylon rivets.
Nylon rivets for mounting letter track are sold separately.
