Shipping Policy

Processing time
Orders generally ship within 1–3 business days. Processing starts as soon as your order is placed, and many in-stock items ship the same day. Custom or made-to-order items may take longer; we will contact you if there is any reason for delay.

Shipping methods & delivery time
We ship via UPS and USPS. UPS cannot deliver to PO boxes, so a physical street address is required for UPS shipments.
For most U.S. orders you can expect delivery within 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on the carrier and service level.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. territories
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may require additional shipping charges. If extra charges apply, we will contact you with the updated total before your order ships.

International orders
We do not currently ship to Canada or any other international destinations.
