Return Policy

 

Return Policy

You can return or exchange most new, non-closeout, unused items within 14 days of receipt.

Standard return conditions

  • Item must be new, unused, and uninstalled. Any item showing signs of use cannot be returned.

  • Item must be in its original packaging, with all parts and paperwork included.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns.

  • All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Closeout / clearance items

  • Any item that shows signs of use, installation, or damage

  • Custom individual letter sets, slotted marquee letters, and any other custom-made items

RMA (Return Material Authorization) required

All returns require an RMA number.

  • You must request an RMA within 14 days of receipt of your order.

  • The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  • A copy of your invoice and contact information must be included inside the box.

  • Returns must be received within 15 days after the RMA is issued or the RMA may be cancelled.

Items returned without an RMA, or received after the allowed time, may be refused or subject to additional restocking fees.

Condition of returned items

  • Items must be properly packed to prevent scratching or damage in transit.

  • Scratched, damaged, or incomplete items cannot be refunded and may be refused or returned to you at your expense.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive an item that is defective or different than what you ordered:

  • Many products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • We reserve the right to repair or replace defective items in accordance with that warranty.

  • The 20% restocking fee will be waived for defective items or for items sent in error.
