Return Policy
 
You can return or exchange most* new, non-closeout, unused item within 14 days of receipt.
  • Please make sure all original packaging is included and intact.
  • Any item showing signs of use can NOT be returned.
  • Customer is responsible for shipping.
  • Return items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
  • Refunds are credited back to the card used for original purchase.

  • Custom individual letters sets, slotted marquee letters and custom made items cannot be refunded.
 
All returns require a Return Material Authorization Number. Return request must be made with 15 days of receipt of merchandise. RMA number must be marked on outside of box and must include copy of invoice and contact information. Returns must be received within 15 days after RMA is issued. All returns are subject to the following conditions.
 
Items must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. Items must be properly packed to prevent damage and scratching. Damaged or scratched items cannot be refunded.
 
If you have an item that is defective it is covered under the manufactures warranty not Sign Letter Depot. We reserve the right to repair or replace defective items.
 
Restocking fee will be waived if item is defective or you received item different than ordered. Any return that does not meet these conditions will be subject to restocking fees. For RMA use our Contact Us form.
