All returns require a Return Material Authorization Number. Return request must be made with 15 days of receipt of merchandise. RMA number must be marked on outside of box and must include copy of invoice and contact information. Returns must be received within 15 days after RMA is issued. All returns are subject to the following conditions.
Items must be in its original packaging and in unused condition. Items must be properly packed to prevent damage and scratching. Damaged or scratched items cannot be refunded.
Gemini, Zip Change, Rigid and DR Acrylic letters are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Custom individual letters sets, slotted marquee letters and custom made items cannot be refunded. Other items are subject to 15% restocking fee. The original cost and return shipping fees are not refundable.
Restocking fee will be waived if item is defective or you received item different than ordered. Any return that does not meet these conditions will be subject to restocking fees. For RMA use our Contact Us form.
