• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless an incorrect or defective product was shipped.
• Non-defective products returned will be assessed a 15% restocking fee,
• All returns must have RMA number. Contact us to request RMA

 

After you have successfully placed your order you will receive an email confirmation stating

“Sign Letter Depot: Order # xxxx has been processed‏”

If you do not receive this confirmation email check your email spam/junk folder and make sure you mark emails for SignLetterDepot.com as Not Spam or Not Junk to ensure you receive future order details and updates. 

 

Shipping Policy

Most of our items will ship within 1 business day, often the same day. If there is a delay in shipping we will contact your with details. Items will ship by USPS or UPS. Some items can only be shipped by UPS. You must provide a physical address for UPS deliveries. UPS does not deliver to PO boxes. 

We try to keep shipping cost as low as possible. On many of our items we offer free shipping but this is not possible for all items. Shipping prices show are for the continental United States. There may be extra charges for HI, AK and US territories. We ship to Canada but the prices have to be calculated manually so for Canadaian orders email us for a shipping quote.
